Alright. I love Hellblazer. So I'm sure that I am about to commit the original sin, and blaspheme and defile myself, touting the most putrid of apocropha.
Go see "Constantine."
I'm not saying ANYTHING about the movie, about Keanu or anything else. I'm just saying: Tilda Swinton.
She is beyond increadible, she is beyond wonderful, she is a perfect DC/Vertigo Universe angel... but that's what good acting will get you... something the casting director of this movie obviously did not consider until it was too late...
Now, I understand that you may be unwilling to go waste perfectly good money to see "John Constantine and Lucifer's Excellent Adventure" - especially when the best thing about the movie has two scenes. But she was worth it. At least resolve to rent it...
And he tried, he really did. He read Hellblazer and everything...
